McCune-Albright-Syndrome (MAS) is a rare multisystem disorder presenting with polyostotic fibrous dysplasia accompanied by a list of extraskeletal features including café-aulait spots and various endocrine hyperfunctioning. There is no effective treatment for FD in MAS nowadays.
